CONTRACTING WITH TKCIS
TKCIS has the following contract vehicles:

  • SEWP IV  - A government wide acquisitions contract (GWAC)

  • GSA Schedule 70 - A multiple award schedule

  • Agency-specific ID/IQ and other contracts (USDA, PTO and others)

TKCIS has a leasing program which allows the government customer to
extend contract payments over a period of several years.

If your company provides a subcontract to TKCIS for services for a DOD
contract, your company will be eligible to receive 5% Incentive Bonus, as
per the Indian Incentive Act.  Section 504 of the Indian Financing Act of 1974
(25 U.S.C. § 1544)
Agencies and contractors who contract or subcontract with TKCIS can
claim small, disadvantaged and Native-American business credits. 13 CFR
