Bill Monet, President Qivliq, LLC

Bill's background includes more than 25 years providing services to Federal, State and Local and Commercial clients. Most recently as COO of State and Local Services for Affiliated Computer Services, Inc (ACS), Bill worked closely with and led line and project management teams to improve customer service, operational efficiencies and project delivery of this $550M business unit. He also led the Continual Operational Improvements program for all Government Services to improve operational performance through innovation and process improvement. Prior to joining ACS, Bill held the position of President for the Professional Services Group within USIS, Inc. The portfolio of programs under his management included protective services for a variety of federal agencies, as well as to U.S. government interests worldwide.
