TKCIS modifies our Quality Assurance processes to meet the specific needs of our customers on a task order by task order basis. TKCIS' experience is that to be truly an effective element in overall program management, our approach must integrate with the tracking and reporting processes used by our customers.

This approach includes the development of a mutually agreed to set of metrics and specific formats and frequencies for reporting.

Depending on the size and complexity of the task, TKCIS also integrates face to face quality reviews and process improvement reviews.

TKCIS proposes trackable metrics to our customers for review and approval. Our goal is to capture metrics which the customer agrees will fairly measure both the progress and the quality levels of the program/task. The metrics include definition of both what is being measured, desired levels of performance, and acceptable variances.

With these agreed to, the TKCIS project manager tailors specific reporting formats and frequencies to integrate with our customer's own program management and tracking tools.
